The Downdetector platform, where people around the world can report problems using various applications such as social media, banking, and games, has seen a spike in reports regarding Instagram. “Sending and receiving messages doesn't work,” the user wrote.
According to the portal's data, 74% most frequently reported failures are related to sending messages and data, at 20%. Reports about application-wide failures, 6% have problems connecting to the server.
