In the morning, a serious fire broke out in the Kartuzi tax office (Pomeranian province). A firefighter was involved in an accident while extinguishing the fire. He was taken to the hospital.
About the fire in the Tax Office of Kartuzi district, which happened on the night of Saturday to Sunday at approximately 3:30, we contacted the Headquarters of Kartuzi district through the “Contact 24” website. – The fire started in front of the garage building and then moved to the side of the main building of the tax office. 17 state and volunteer fire brigades were present here. A large amount of water was needed to extinguish the fire, which resulted in flooding of other floors. The tax office initially estimated the damage at PLN 2 million. The official archive has not been deleted.
A firefighter from the Volunteer Fire Department had an accident during the operation. He was taken to the hospital for examination. But the spokesperson of the State Fire Service assures that it was not a serious accident.
