Constant, weekly rehabilitation and the prospect of at least seven more surgeries. In addition, special dressings that make life with severe wounds a painless life. After a terrible accident, 9-year-old Olek has only one dream: he wants to get well. You can help him with this.
At first glance, 9-year-old Olek did not face a serious accident. But behind his smile there is pain. The boy in a conversation with the reporter “Attention!” TVN admitted that he does not feel completely healthy and wishes to recover.
– When Alexander grows up, as can be seen in the waist area, everything here slows down, that's why it causes pain to Alexander, because everything is stuck. We are working to make everything move, says Malgorzata Jankowiak, Olek's restorer.

The boy was burned three years ago. His arms, hands, back and chest were injured. Doctors gave him only a 20 percent chance of survival. To this day, it is not known how this happened. One thing is clear: at the time of the accident, Olek was under the care of his mother. Prosecutors opened a case, but the investigation was closed. Now the boy is being cared for by his father and his partner.

Help the boy
The boy's father spoke to the correspondent of “Dikkat!” TVN admitted that he had a grudge against the boy's mother. In turn, his partner admitted that they want to know the situation of the accident. – Of course, this will not change anything, but maybe it will end the situation and explain the truth to us, – said Alexandra Tovpik.
The struggle to explain the causes of this tragic accident ended unsuccessfully. However, efforts to improve the quality of life of adolescent boys can be successful.

Because of his injuries, Olek must wear a custom-made compression garment made from biomaterials. The annual cost of such manual production is several thousand zlotys. – We use such clothes for about three months to half a year, because they get damaged by using them. The patient wears them 24 hours a day. We only take them for bathing, recovery and massage, – explains Agata Vlazel from Tricomed.
In order for the spots not to harden, the child should be restored at least once a week. He also had to undergo at least seven surgeries to remove the scars. Participating in the TVN Foundation support campaign is easy – just send an SMS (text HELP to 7356 – PLN 3.69 including VAT).
