Last Friday afternoon, police officers from Siekhanov on Armii Krajovej street observed a Skoda car, the driver of which was driving against the flow of traffic, thereby creating a serious danger to traffic.

The patrol stopped the car for investigation. – Behind the wheel was an 82-year-old resident of Tsekhanov district. After checking the police database, it was found that the man has a driving ban issued by the Siechanov district court – said local police spokeswoman Magda Sakowska.
The 82-year-old man will answer for his behavior in court. – In this case, invalidating the court decision is punishable by imprisonment for up to five years. In addition, if the criminal has been convicted of a crime according to this article. Article 244 of the Criminal Code (non-observance of the prescribed punishment measures – ed.), the court will award an allowance of at least PLN 5,000 to the Victims' Assistance Fund and post-mortem assistance, the policewoman concluded.
