War in Ukraine. Russia attacks energy infrastructure
Ukraine is struggling with continued Russian attacks on critical infrastructure targets.
“Ukraine may face its harshest winter since Russia's full-scale invasion began,” NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said in October.

In mid-November, Moscow launched one of its largest attacks on Ukraine's energy systems.
Energy Minister Herman Khrushchenko said: “The enemy is attacking energy generation and transmission facilities throughout Ukraine. Transmission system operators have urgently introduced power outages. Where possible, rescue teams and Energy experts are already working to eliminate the impact.”
During the attack, rockets and other bullets fell. It is located in the districts of Lviv and Volhynia, which border directly with Poland.
