The head of Germany's Federal Intelligence Service, Bruno Kahl, warned of a possible Russian attack on NATO. – Russia is preparing for war with the West. He estimates that by the end of the decade, the Russian army will be able to attack the West, both in terms of personnel and material. – I am not surprised, I think most of the analysts of this part of Europe, which is closer to Germany, are not surprised – Lieutenant Colonel Maciej Korowai said in the “Newsroom” program of the Polish Army. He emphasized that it should also be taken into account that German intelligence must communicate with its society, which does not necessarily notice this threat. – The message is not new for us, but maybe it is for the Germans – said the guest of the program. Leader Patricius Wijga asked a military analyst whether the Kremlin could use ballistic missiles to mobilize the West against it. – I took it as a kind of disappointment of Russia, but also as a hostage of Europe's knowledge – said reserve lieutenant colonel Korovaj. The analyst said that “Russia will not be able to eliminate the nuclear capabilities of the United States in the event of a nuclear war.” Korowai noted that Russia can threaten Europe with a nuclear threat, but “to reach Europe, it must have a completely different set of missiles.” He explained that he could make do with what he had, but “it would be inefficient because it would use up resources that are meant for the United States.” – Waging a nuclear war does not mean that all missiles will be launched from the first strike. They have to leave the component behind to threaten and blackmail other nuclear powers. They cannot completely disarm themselves, because they become defenseless, – noted the guest of the program.
