485 bodies and 17 bodies of the dead were brought from Russian morgues from the front lines in Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporozhye regions.
The previous exchange of bodies of dead soldiers between Ukraine and Russia took place on November 8. At that time, the Ukrainian Prisoners of War Coordinating Headquarters reported that Kiev had found the bodies of 563 dead soldiers.

It is not known how many Ukrainians and Russians were killed and wounded in the war on both sides of the front. None of the countries provide full statistics so that the personnel of the army is not revealed. Ukraine cannot do this, because the lack of potential soldiers will reveal what human resources it still has. For its part, Russia is afraid of the tragic effect of disclosing information about the dead, because it is likely that their number is much higher than on the Ukrainian side.
Western experts and investigative journalists have presented very different statistics on the war since February 2022. About a million people have been killed or wounded on both sides of the conflict.
On the morning of November 29, the General Staff of Ukraine said that Russia's losses since the beginning of the large-scale attack amounted to more than 738,000 “disappeared” enemies, that is, Russian soldiers killed or wounded.
