Winter is not yet in sight. Next week it will still be autumn in most of the country. It rains mainly in the south of Poland and it snows mainly in the mountains.
– Over Poland, the atmospheric front is moving from the north-east to the southern regions. Polar air, very humid and moderately cold, reports tvnmeteo.pl meteorologist Arleta Unton-Piziolek.
The weather will be cloudy on Monday. After a night of rain in the north-east of the country, they gradually disappear. In other regions, it rains up to 5 liters per square meter. It will snow in the south-west and south of the country, and up to 5 centimeters of snow will fall in the mountains.
Snow and rain
According to forecasters, in the coming days our country will be under the influence of high pressure from the British Isles. Thanks to it, cold air flows from the north to the central part of the continent.
On Tuesday, the atmospheric front will remain in the southern and central part of Poland. Sometimes rain and snow up to 3 l/m2 are expected. and it will snow up to 3 centimeters. It rains more only in the mountains, where it snows up to 5-10 centimeters.

Wednesday promises rain in the north of the country and light snow only in Silesia. There it decreases to 1-2 centimeters.

“Dark weather and fog”
There should be no rain anywhere for the next two days, Thursday and Friday.
– In the cold bay, which extends from the Arctic to the Balkans and Spain, the weather will be dark and foggy, – adds the forecaster. Only in some places it will rain and the air will be clear.
