Recording with Kaczynski
While the motion was being discussed in the committee, a video showing the moment of the impact was played on the screen.
The recording shows people gathered nearby and there was a lot of confusion around. Komosa has a microphone with him and shouts that “Jaroslav Kaczynski is breaking the law” and “violating court orders”. – Please apologize for the attack you made for political reasons, – says the activist, turning to Kaczynski standing next to him.
At the same time, many shouts are heard, including: calling the police to disperse the crowd. One of the women is heard saying: – Can I beg you to pass?
– We wanted to pass. Police! – he will call after a while. Officers can be seen in the crowd.
The material also records that Kaczynski tries to take the microphone from Komosa, but he does not allow it.
At one point, the video shows a punch and a kick allegedly delivered by the PiS president to an activist. After that, Komosa stops talking. The circle gathered around the PiS president chanted: “The red crow does not defeat the eagle.”

Matetski: rioters prevented the deputies from leaving
The record submitted to the committee was published by PiS deputy Dariusz Matecki on the day of the one-month anniversary of Smolensk on the X platform.
He wrote that “some madmen threw something at the opposition representatives and drowned out the prayer and the press conference.” He added that “the rioters prevented the people's representatives from leaving.” This and other posts on the profile of the PiS MP show the quarrel between the gatherings.
