Both collaborators were supposed to have been in the camp that night, where, according to the Ukrainian version, the Russians set off the explosion. “Although both defendants were aware of the impact of the explosion and the number of victims, they deliberately delayed transporting the injured to medical facilities,” we read.
The collaborators were hiding in occupied territory.
After collecting evidence, the SBU notified Mr. Evsikov and Mr. Neyrov of the alleged crime. The allegations included, among other things: “Cruel treatment of prisoners of war combined with premeditated murder, committed by a premeditated conspiracy by a group of people.”
In November 2022, both suspects stopped working at the Oshenivka camp. So far, they are hiding from Ukrainian judicial authorities in the occupied territory of Donetsk Oblast.
