On Tuesday, a fight took place in front of the Smolensk monument in Warsaw between Antoni Macerewicz and Zbigniew Komosa. The police had to intervene to separate the warring parties. After the situation in Pilsudski Square, Macerjevic was arrested. Police officers should have blocked his road and checked his car. Macerewicz was driving, even though he lost his driver's license a few weeks ago. – Leading PiS politicians behave like sacred cows. A representative can be arrested for a crime, as provided for in the constitution. Kaczynski, Macerewicz, Ziobro are not people who are above the law – explained PiS deputy Boris Budka in the WP “Tlit” program. The guest of the program noted that “Macerewicz loses his driver's license in front of the eyes of the whole of Poland, but he gets into the car.” – This shows how people associated with PiS relate to the state. It still looks like a private farm. They think they can do more, the law doesn't apply to them and they can break it. Macerevich is the worst example of this, said Budka. He also added that “Kaczynski behaves in the same way and considers Pilsudski Square as his personal place where he can lie about the Smolensk disaster and then tries to monopolize suffering.” Host Michał Wroblewski asked if the MP was satisfied with the fact that the activists were there to lay a wreath and place a sign attacking Lech Kaczynski. “I don't like it, I don't understand why these people appear there today,” answered Budka.
