Ukrainian troops attacked Bryansk Oblast near the Russian border during the night. The drone's target was a loading point for the Friendship oil pipeline. Additionally, explosions were reported in Taganrog on the Sea of Azov. Kiev probably wanted to destroy the military airport there.
On the night between Tuesday and Wednesday, Russian air defense forces in the border region were stretched thin. Ukrainians opened fire on, among other things: Taganrog, Rostov Oblast. It is said that at least 10 strong explosions occurred there, causing damage to the city's boiler room. Local governor Yuri Sursar reported that there was no heating in the city.

In addition to the attack in Taganrog, which authorities said did not cause any injuries, Ukrainians also targeted Bryansk oblast. A drone was sent there and a fire broke out at the production factory. The place was completely burnt down.
Another target of Kiev forces was the loading point of the Friendship oil pipeline in the village of Sven, about 20 kilometers from Bryansk. Numerous photos and videos were posted on social media showing thick plumes of smoke hanging over the city. Firefighting operations had to be carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The Ukrainian General Staff reports that the attacked oil pipeline was intended to receive, store and distribute fuel to tankers and freight trains, and was actively used to supply the Russian occupation forces.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 14 unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed in the Bryansk region on Wednesday morning.
