The installation “Baby You” by Belgian artist Bart Van Piel appeared on the bank of Poniatówka on the Vistula River on Friday. This is a metaphor for the hidden potential in people.
A huge 34-meter balloon in the shape of a sleeping baby is an installation called “Baby You”. So far, it has been presented to the public in Antwerp, Belgium and Milwaukee, USA. On December 13, he was found in Warsaw on the shore of Poniatowka.
According to the Przemyśl Foundation, the organizer of the exhibition, the installation is “a metaphor for the potential hidden in each of us, as infinite as the sky.”

“The installation is about what defines childhood as beautiful: pure joy, the ability to enjoy and fully experience the moment,” reads Przekrój's website.
“Your Baby” is the result of a collaboration between the Przekroz Foundation and the Belgian artist Bart Van Peel. The design and production of the flying device took 9 months. Engineers, designers and tailors from Poland, Belgium and Great Britain were involved.
