A 33-year-old soldier of the 7th Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade was accused of causing death or serious bodily harm for exposing two policemen during an intervention in a house in the city of Bakov (Pomeranian Voivodeship). The report said that there had been a burglary. In the end, it was not classified. It is said that shots were fired during the intervention. Anti-terrorists participated in this action.
The charges against the 33-year-old soldier of the 7th Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade were confirmed to us by Mariusz Duszinski from the Prosecutor's Office of the Gdańsk District. The man pleaded not guilty and was placed under surveillance.
