A hearing on former CBA chief Andrzej Strožinj by the Parliamentary Investigative Committee on Pegasus was scheduled for Monday, but he did not appear before the committee.
Commission President Magdalena Sroka (TD-PSL) filed a motion with the Warsaw District Court to impose a fine on the former CBA chairman for failing to appear in court. The committee unanimously supported this proposal.
