A driver who hit a woman on a pedestrian crossing a month ago in Oltarzew near Warsaw is in the hands of the police. He reported to the police station in the presence of a lawyer. He pleaded guilty to the charges against him.
As we reported on tvnwarszawa.pl, the accident happened on December 5 last year on Poznańska Street in Oltarzew (West District of Warsaw). – The woman was run over at the lighted pedestrian crossing without signaling. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The perpetrator of this incident escaped, – was later described by the inspector of the Warsaw district police department, Evelina Gromek-Ochwieza.

A month later, he reported to the police station
A month later, the Warsaw Police Department announced that “police officers have carried out a series of procedural and operational activities aimed at determining the identity of the driver and the places where he is hiding.” “It was very important to identify the location where the 32-year-old car was dumped,” KSP said in a statement posted on the X website on Tuesday.
Finally, the suspect came to the police station. “This morning, a 32-year-old man reported to the police in the presence of his lawyer. The wrecked car was found in one of the unguarded parking lots in the Ursinowi district of Warsaw,” KSP reports.
He pleaded guilty to the charges
“The suspect has already been charged, and the man has confessed to committing them. Tomorrow, the police will submit an application for the temporary arrest of this 32-year-old man to the Prushkov district prosecutor’s office,” concluded the capital’s police.
The suspect was arrested in a road accident in Oltarzev.
