Television producer Ryzard Sibylski died at the age of 69. He was the husband of singer Eva Bem, who died on social networks. In the past, he was a co-founder of TVN television and sat on the supervisory board of ITI Group. He also managed Endemol Shine Polska.
“Today, January 17, 2025, I am full of misery. To the brim. My Ryzard Dindi Sibylski, My beautiful husband and the meaning of my life, although he fought so bravely, he should have lost. For me, he won , because she believed me in love at first sight and left me until the end, see you soon, Dindik,” Eva Bem wrote.
Ryzard Sibilski is African and was an economist by training. He was a translator for many years and traveled throughout Africa. After returning to Poland, he started working at the Polish Jazz Association and co-founded TVN television in the 1990s. In 2002-2006, he was a member of the board of supervisors of ITI Group, which later owned this radio station. For the next 18 years, he managed Endemol Shine Polska, where he was responsible, among others. for developing such programs as “Brother”, “MasterChef” and “Your Face is Familiar”. He left the company in November 2023.
Since February 2024, he has joined Jake Vision – producer of, among others, “Dancing with the Stars”, “Millionaires” and “Ninja Warrior” – where he was the executive director. Sibylski was also a member of the Polish Film Academy.

“A TV legend, a fantastic guy, a devoted husband, my beloved father. Illness took him away from us so suddenly and there was so much more to come. I’m not telling you to sit back because I know, dad, it’s not your style if it’s there is something, if you can act, you will definitely adjust everything there,” said the daughter of Eva Bem and Ryzard Sibylski, Gabriela, on social networks.
He also said goodbye to Sibilski on social networks. TV presenter and journalist Krzysztof Ibish. “Rizard Sibylski, one of the most beautiful people in the television industry, has passed away. We knew each other since the late 1990s when TVN was founded, then for the next 25 years at Polsat we worked on a large number of programs. A charming man, a traveler , translator, producer, media manager, great person.
Producer, director and screenwriter of television programs Rinke Ruyens, who worked with Sibylski, also mentioned the producer. “You were not only a visionary in the field of television production, but a true soul with a pure heart and noble intentions. (…) Although your show has ended, your beautiful visual tone, creativity and legacy will resonate with us forever. to encourage those who know you well enough.”
