Lieutenant Colonel Evgeny Tikhanovich dies in Kursk Oblast
Russian media reported the death of Evgeny Tikhanovitch, deputy commander of the 22nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Army. A 41-year-old soldier who was awarded the Order “For the Return of Crimea” died in the Kursk region.
