Villanova Police officers have arrested a 47-year-old man who was allegedly selling drugs and his regular customer.
The arrest took place on Charnomorska street, where the seller arrived at the agreed place in a passenger car.
– During the search, a number of drugs were seized from him, including marijuana, amphetamine, MDMA and various tablets, jelly and biscuits containing psychoactive substances. In addition, officers of the commissar Eva Koldis, spokeswoman for the Villanov police, said that the man had a significant amount of money – about 13,000 PLN and foreign currency in the form of euro and dollar bills.
Payment against the dealer’s customer
The policewoman added that a 27-year-old customer, who bought drugs from a dealer many times, is charged with possession of drugs and may face up to three years in prison. – At first it was estimated that he spent more than PLN 6,000 on them in a short period of time. Both men were charged with drug-related crimes. The policewoman noted that the seller is accused of keeping a large amount of drugs and giving them to other people, for which he can be sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The investigation of this case is supervised by the Mokotów district prosecutor’s office in Warsaw, and the arrested businessman was immediately taken into custody by the decision of the Warsaw district court, where he will await the final verdict of his case.
