Vladimir Putin mentioned cooperation with the US and peace conversations in Ukraine
-We will not reject a peaceful solution to the Ukraine crisis – Vladimir Putin said after meeting with the management of the Federal Security Agency. Furthermore, the Russian leader pointed out that his country is ready to work with the United States.
Vladimir Putin met with the Federal Security Agency on Thursday. In a speech after the meeting, he reported that “Moscow and Washington are ready to establish cooperation.” He further evaluated that “first contact with the US administration gives hope,” and later mentioned the Ukrainian incident.
– It is important to show pragmatism and reject stereotypes of predecessors. We will not reject a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian crisis – Putin said.
Vladimir Putin’s cooperation with the US: Western elites will try to undermine our dialogue
Referring to cooperation with the US, he also reported that some Western elites will strive to undermine dialogue between Russia and the US.
