“We feel strongly support Ukraine, our country, our soldiers and civilians, and our independence. Let’s work hard in Europe and create a solid foundation for cooperation with the United States in the name of true peace and security,” he wrote.

“European unity has reached a very high level that has not been seen for a long time. We will speak to our partners about the security and the situation of peace in Ukraine,” he said.

After the London summit, Wołodymyr Zełenski mentioned his recent visit to Washington in a very short conversation with the media. There was an argument during discussions with Donald Trump, which helped the White House leave early.
“I believe our relationship with the US will continue,” the Ukrainian president said, adding that the conversation must be continued in “a different form.”
Zelanski continued his statement, also mentioning the contracts that will be signed during the mentioned visit. He emphasized that this could still happen, and that he believes it signaled that the US would not abandon its military and financial support for Kiev.
At the same time, the Ukrainian president assured him that he was still ready to sign the documents.
– Our policy is to continue what has happened in the past. If you agree to sign a mineral agreement, it’s constructive (…). Ready to sign – he emphasized.

Hosted by the British Prime Minister, the peak on Sunday was attended by dozens of European leaders, including Canadian and Turkish leaders. During the event, European security systems were discussed in closed rooms, and military and economically Ukraine support was discussed.
As Prime Minister Donald Tass said after the meeting, the informal peak took place at “historic moments.” This is especially important for the future of Europe.
– There were no surprises. The Polish location accurately reflected the mood of the room. In these most important issues, everyone has a more or less similar position. Ukraine needs constant support, a strong pre-negotiation position with Russia. No one doubts who is the invader, who is the victim, and whose side is Europe in this conflict. Of course, it’s on the side of Ukraine – he said.
-Everyone is convinced that Europe must take more responsibility, lift these burdens related to the construction of the arms industry and begin supporting Ukraine. This is a larger expense within NATO (…), and a clear declaration emerged regarding the increase in national expenditure in terms of percentage of GDP – he added.
