Is the US planning to reduce sanctions against Russia?
At the end of February, Donald Trump signed a document extending the sanctions imposed on Russia. However, on Monday, Reuters reported that the White House is working on plans to potentially eliminate some restrictions to normalize relations between Washington and Moscow.
