The captain of a vessel that was hit by an American tanker on Monday in the North Sea with aviation fuel transported by an American tanker, was accused of inadvertently causing death and serious negligence – British police notified. The 59-year-old Russian is in custody and will be in court in Hal, northern England on Saturday.
