Lithuanian prosecutor
Russian military information is behind the arson of Ikea stores in Vilnius and Hala Talgova in Warsaw, and will notify the Lithuanian prosecutor’s office. Two people are in custody in the incident – a Ukrainian formerly in Poland.
On Monday, the Lithuanian prosecutor’s office announced the indictment against one of the perpetrators of an IKEA store that occurred in Vilnius last May. The suspect is accused of three acts – committing terrorist acts, learning for the purposes of the terrorist, and illegally disposing of explosives.
– During the course of the investigation, it was established that two young ages were directly present at age 20. One of them we moved to court was a minor,” said Artūras Urbelis, the chief prosecutor in the General Prosecutor’s Office’s Investigation Division for Organized Crime and Corruption.

As reported, both perpetrators are Ukrainian citizens. I used to stay in Poland. “One of the accused is currently detained in Poland, with law enforcement agencies from both countries working together and their actions are coordinated,” the Lithuanian prosecutor’s office reported.
-The organizer of these actions is Russia, which is related to military intelligence and with security forces – the prosecutor said.
Investigators say the setting of the IKEA centre is related to arson at a market hall in Warsaw.
“It is clear that the perpetrators, the people we identified, are also involved in criminal acts committed in Poland,” prosecutor Urbelis said.
