Ukrainian media quotes a statement from collaborator Donald Trump, who was once an American envoy for Balkan tribe Richard Grenell. In a short social media post, the diplomat reminded Ukraine with “an uncomfortable facts.”
This is about the Budapest Memorandum from 1994. Kiev then abandoned nuclear weapons that were beneficial to Russia. The parties to the agreement, and at the same time, the security guarantees for Ukraine were in the US and the UK.
