On March 12, the verdict was passed in a high profile case of Bydgoszcz, where a murder occurred at a bar on February 9th last year. As Gazeta Pomorska explains on the UL site. Fordońska, a 43-year-old man, attacked the 38-year-old with a knife.
According to local media, the problem was emotional, the victim was a new partner and I was the beloved perpetrator.
– They were similar ages. They seemed to know each other. They began to argue and went outside. Then it was clear that the person sitting in the middle had collapsed. We thought he had passed out, but blood was shown – they described the witnesses cited by Daily.
Immediately after the incident, the man threw himself to escape. Police organized a roundup and the assailant fell into service late in the afternoon on the same day.

The court had no doubts about the accused’s guilt and sentenced him to 15 years in prison.
-We have already filed applications for justification for the judgment – “Pomeranian” prosecutor Darius Bain, who has stated that he is the head of the Bidgosti-północ District Prosecutor’s Office. The Daily notes that no decision has been made on whether an appeal will be filed against the ruling.
The perpetrator’s partner was also questioned in the incident. The woman acted as a witness.
Prosecutor Adam Lys, cited by the newspaper, in his testimony, “confirmed that there was a conflict between men related to personal issues.”
