President Andrzej Duda regarding his signing So-Called, which announced his asylum in exile on Wednesday afternoon. Restriction of asylum. There are exceptions
In a subsequent point, we read that a temporary restriction on the right to submit an application for international protection could be lifted in the entire section of the border in use or in part of this section, if the reason for implementation is suspended, prior to the end of the period of this restriction.
At the request of the Minister’s Home Affairs Minister, the Minister may, by regulation, extend or abolish this limit, a temporary limit on the right to submit an application for international protection.
During the period of temporary restrictions on the right to submit an application for international protection, the Border Protection Agency will not accept applications of foreign nationals for such protection in sections of borders where this restriction applies.
Applications for international protection in the Borders section are subject to the right to submit an application for international protection, but are accepted by foreigners, especially from minors who require special treatment due to their age or health, pregnant women, and those who need special treatment.
This law will take effect the day after the date of publication.

In a letter to Prime Minister Donald Tass, President Andrzej Duda struck the current government and accused the head of the government of opposition to the construction of a wall on the border with Belarus and the introduction of an emergency in parts of Podrasy and Lublin province.
