When officers finally managed to stop the speeding truck, Paul, 32, sitting behind the wheel, jumped out of the cabin and tried to run on foot. While he was about to be overwhelmed, he resisted, so the officers used stun guns and sticks.
Paul’s health in detention quickly deteriorated significantly, in accordance with the contents of the police report. At that time, officers warned emergency services and before they arrived, the man lost consciousness and stopped breathing.

The resuscitation began and the rescuers followed. The driver was taken to an ambulance to the hospital, where he later died. Prosecutors ordered an autopsy on Monday with partial results announced.
