Jaeden Sanders, a four-star defensive back in the 2025 class, is set to sign on Saturday. Sanders' field has been narrowed down to three schools, with Michigan competing with Baylor and Oklahoma State to acquire the talented cornerback. The Wolverines are still in the running to land Sanders, but Michigan appears to be leading the way.
On3 vice president Steve Wiltfong has the experts predicting Sanders will attend Michigan. Three other experts at On3 have Sanders as their pick for the Wolverines, while zero experts at 247Sports have given Sanders a crystal ball prediction.
According to the On3 recruiting prediction machine, Michigan has a 97.1% chance of landing Sanders.

Sanders, a Kilgore (Texas) native, is ranked as the No. 318 prospect and No. 30 cornerback in the 2025 cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is a 6-foot-2 cornerback. Michigan currently has two other defensive backs committed in the '25 class, and if Sanders commits, they'll have three solid verbal commitments.
Below is a scouting report on Sanders from Gabe Brooks of 247Sports.
His build is yet to be confirmed, but he looks tall and muscular. An instinctive three-phase playmaker with a strong football pedigree as the son of a former all-conference cornerback who played on some of TCU's great teams in the late 2000s. A three-sport athlete with experience in basketball and track who displays functional athleticism on the gridiron. Has the ability to rise in the open floor and make shots from above the rim. Has produced in all three phases, scoring two special teams TDs as a junior. At receiver he is a threat with a vertical shot that stretches the field. A big-bodied cornerback on defense who has the potential to fit the big-bodied boundary cornerback role pretty well, but his skill set and instincts could make him a top fit at safety as well. Not necessarily a top-end burner, but fast enough with an unconventional walk to not get caught out of his behind. A bona fide power four prospect in the secondary. Has the developmental potential to be a difference-maker in college and could be an NFL Draft possibility.
