ANN ARBOR, MI – Local athletes and wellness companies will promote healthy living and fitness at the A2 Wellness Fair on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Holmes Brewery Campus.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., community members can browse workout equipment, get a massage, shop for self-care products, watch fitness demos and interact with University of Michigan athletes.
Kidokinetics, Forged Barbell and Eclipse Yoga will be on site offering paid fitness classes for adults and children throughout the day, including vinyasa yoga, cold plunge, Olympic strength classes and family-friendly exercise sessions. Classes range from $10 to $25, with proceeds going to Ele's Place, a grief support nonprofit. Tickets can be purchased here.
Several Ann Arbor-area health and lifestyle businesses are participating in the market, including Bodhi Work, Heyday, Reach Bodywork Studio and BYOC, Co.
Organizers say attendees will have the chance to win prizes from local sponsors including Dozer Coffee and Planet Rock.

10AM – 3PM | University of Michigan Athletes Connect with Hail! Impact
10:00 AM – 10:20 AM | Family Fun Sports – Ages 3-5, hosted by Kidokinetics of Southeast Michigan
10:30-10:50 AM | Family Fun Sports – Ages 3-5 by Kidokinetics, Southeast Michigan
11:00AM-11:20AM | Multi-Sport Mania – Ages 5-11, hosted by Kidokinetics of Southeast Michigan
12pm – 1pm | Olympic Weightlifting Fundamentals with Forged Barbell
1:30 – 2:30 PM | Forged Barbell Cold Plunge
