She then added that such a “urgent statement (…) may be intended for the prosecutor’s office and prosecutor to carry out the case and ultimately use it for the political purposes of this event.”

On Saturday evening, the Warsaw District Attorney’s Office issued an appropriate message. “We would like to kindly inform you that the interrogation (Barbara Skrzypek -ed.) lasted about four hours. It started at 10am.
“The interrogation took place in a very cultural atmosphere. None of the participants submitted any applications for comments, reservations or amendments to the protocol,” read on Communiqué.
Investigators mentioned the proposals formulated by PIS politicians and right-wing media. “Combining the death of an eyewitness with the fact that he raises a direct relationship between these events will result in an outbreak by the District Attorney’s Office regarding the civil law path to protect the good names of the facility” – emphasized.
