The bill on same-sex or same-sex civil partnerships is supported by half of respondents – according to an Opinia24 poll for TVN “Fakti” and TVN24. 39 percent of the respondents answered that they are not in favor of introducing such provisions, and 11 percent have no opinion on this.
“Work is underway on the Civil Partnership Act, which would legalize same-sex and heterosexual relationships. Are you in favor of such regulation of informal relationships?” – this question was asked in an Opinia24 poll for “Fakti” TV and TVN24.
50 percent of the respondents said that they would support such a solution, 39 percent gave a negative answer, and 11 percent said they had no opinion or it was difficult to say.

Civil partnership project
In mid-October, a draft of the document on registered partnership by the Ministry of Equality Katarzyna Kotula (Left Wing) appeared on the website of the Government Legislation Center. The project covers the issues of closing and canceling relationships, property relationships and participation in child care.
The bill has not yet been discussed in the Sejm.
