A week ago, we talked about the arrest of a teacher who allegedly beat a 13-year-old teenager several times, who is still unconscious in the hospital. Now we are informed about the arrest and charges against another employee of this center.

The inspector came, saw the control and found it. – It was clear what kind of behavior this is – says Liliana Lukasevich from the Legnica District Prosecutor's Office.

The teacher was arrested and interrogated at the prosecutor's office on November 29. – Another incident was revealed when he hit one of the pupils on the head and violently treated him, – says Liliana Lukasevich.
The first arrested teacher does not admit his guilt
This is the second incident at the same training center in Jerzmanice-Zdroj. Earlier this week, a teacher was arrested. It is said that he beat a thirteen-year-old student and humiliated him in the corridor in front of everyone.
– This included, among other things, beatings on the head, kicking and pulling, and this happened several times a day, – says Liliana Lukasevic.

The person who allegedly beat him was a 60-year-old teacher who has worked in this center for more than half of his life. He was charged with abuse of a dependent.
– He did not confess to the crime, he just did not answer any questions and explained to himself, – says Anna Khomichjewska from the prosecutor's office of Zlotorya district.
The Ministry of Justice has established a crisis group
The director of the center in Erzmanice has been suspended. The center has a team of psychologists who take care of both the students and the teaching staff. The Ministry of Justice has established a crisis group. Next week, a meeting with the managers of all thirty educational centers, correctional institutions and shelters for minors under the ministry is expected.

– This is an extremely difficult job, which is done by people who make great efforts and take great responsibility. Working with such people is different from working with children at school. However, the legal and ethical boundaries are clear here, emphasizes Maria Eichart.
The second arrested teacher of the Jerzmanise center was dismissed and suspended from his post.
– The prosecutor decided that this teacher should be charged for inflicting bodily harm that harmed health in less than seven days – says Liliana Lukasevic.
