The new partnership aims to eliminate data silos and achieve end-to-end visibility, integration and automation of business processes across systems. Following a successful trial of Appian Platform by OSTech, which reduced workload by approximately 25%, the new solution has been in full operation as a “business standardization system” since May 2024.
