Barclays customers enter into a third day of problems with payments and transactions while the bank has trouble solving the current technical problems.
On Friday, when the breakdown started, customers told the BBC that they had problems with mobile and online banking services and made essential payments.
You don’t think you are a cyber attack and the bank has not yet explained what caused the problem, or how many people are affected.
Barclays is one of the largest banks in the United Kingdom, with more than 20 million retail customers in the United Kingdom.
On Saturday, the Downdector website, which monitors breakdowns, showed that nearly 5,000 problems had been reported with Barclays, more than double the issue reported on Friday.
On Saturday afternoon, the Barclays website said that the problems with its application and online banking services were underway and warned customers that they could deal with problems and receive payments.
“Your balance may be incorrect and certain payments you have made or you are waiting to receive may not be displayed,” read the message on the bank’s website.
The website has also told customers that their street branches may not be able to help all requests “due to the problems we face.”

Friday, which was the day of remuneration for many people in the United Kingdom, was the deadline for the declarations of self-assessment income.
Some Barclays customers said they were unable to pay the HMRC.
An HMRC declaration said that she was working closely with the bank to minimize the impact on those who submit self-evaluation.
He confirmed that problems with Barclays failure will not lead to late payment penalties because they do not apply before March 1.
Barclays apologized and declared that he “would ensure that no client affected is left in the pocket”.
On X, the bank advised customers encountered difficulty accessing their money to request the support of friends and family or to get in touch with food banks.
In response to a user who said he was unable to access his account, the bank published a link to Trussell Trust, a charity that manages food banks nationwide.
Emily D’EXPER told the BBC that she spent the weekend on a friend’s sofa after being unable to move to her new house.
“I am indeed homeless with my two children and two cats,” she said, adding that her children stayed with the family.
“My moving van is abandoned with everything I have in it,” said the 44 -year -old man.
“I am a single mother who has worked incredibly hard for that and who remains homeless is indescribable.”
In a statement released on Saturday, a Barclays spokesman said that the bank was “extremely sorry” and that she “worked hard to solve the problem”.
“Some may continue to see an obsolete balance, and payments made or received may not appear. Customers should not try to reimburse the payment,” they said.
“Customers can use their cards and withdraw money, use our application and online banking services, and as soon as these remaining problems are resolved, we will inform our customers.”
He added: “We keep our call centers open longer this weekend and we will proactively contact customers who can be vulnerable”.
