Barclays Bank confirmed that she encountered problems which, according to him, affected her application, her online banking services and payments out of account.
The bank claims that he is not able to provide help by phone or his “US message” service.
Ticket cards and distributors can be used as usual.
Barclays did not explain the cause of the breakdown, nor the number of assigned customers.
He apologized for the problems and said he “works hard to solve the problem”.
Customers responding to Barclays’ announcement on the breakdown on social networks report a series of problems.
One said that their card had been refused despite the fact that they had funds, while others said that money had disappeared during transactions.
Some have pointed out that Friday is the deadline for self-assessment income declarations, and say that the failure has been unable to make tax payments.
Barclays is one of the largest banks in the United Kingdom, with more than 20 million retail customers in the United Kingdom. He indicates that it treats more than 40% of credit card and debit card transactions from the United Kingdom.
