Donald Tusk will set out his priorities for Poland’s EU Council presidency in a speech to the European Parliament in Brussels. A debate will then take place between the Prime Minister and MPs. The broadcast starts at 10:30.
The third day of the European Parliament session begins in Brussels. Donald Tusk presents Poland’s priorities as EU Council President.
The after-hours debate between MEPs and the Prime Minister will begin at 10:30 and will also include European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
– The government plane landed at Brussels Airport just after 9am. The Prime Minister will soon appear at the European Parliament, where he will be received by Parliament President Robert Mezzola, before meeting Donald Tusk. This will be followed by speeches by government leaders and a debate with parliamentarians – Polsat News correspondent Andrzej Wilwiński reported from Brussels.
