At that point, the prosecutor’s office also said, “Knowing that Andrzej B. and Krzysztof H. committed Paweł to financial profits of PLN 1.1,000 and PLN 9.9,000 and obtaining a diploma without actual research.
According to the investigators, “Andruzej B. and Kurtsshitov H. acted together to allocate cash to an amount of PLN 9.9,000 belonging to the general headquarters of the states of Warsaw.
“As Chief Commander of the National Fire Department, I have approved the payment order to the account of Krzysztof H. based on an invoice filed by Krzysztof H. issued by Collegium Humanum.
Irregularity when issuing a diploma at Collegium Humanum
