The second reason for the willingness of companies to recruit casual workers was the problem of recruiting non-specialized workers – 36%. companies (increased by 3 percent).
Reasons for accepting temporary work
The analysis emphasizes that the increase in demand for temporary workers by companies does not translate into a similar trend among employees – 19%. the interviewees stated that they are ready to start part-time work in the first quarter of the current year. This is less than 3 percent. dr.
