– The Prosecutor’s Office has obtained information from the Polish diplomatic mission in the United Arab Emirates that Sebastian M.’s party has filed an appeal regarding the decision on the legal acceptability of extradition to Poland.
The UAE Supreme Court is capable of considering it. A spokesperson noted that the prosecutor’s office had no information regarding the date of the appeal’s investigation.
The Court of Appeals in Dubai on January 9th stated the legal acceptability of extradition to Sebastian M. Poland. The parties said they are entitled to 30 days to appeal to the decision.
The Dubai Court of Appeals’ ruling was commented in January by Justice Minister Prosecutor Adam Bodner. In his opinion, the January ruling means advances in efforts to bring the suspicious Sebastian M. to the country.

In October 2023, UAE police, supported by Polish special search groups, detained M. of Dubai. The suspect has been in ZAA ever since. According to media reports, he received a SO-Called Golden Visa, which gives him the status of a resident.
Polish authorities strive for the United Arab Emirates to publish M. Poland. Polish diplomatic sources say the issue that could be delayed in considering applications for extradition was that the law adopted by the prosecutor’s office was too low qualification. The victim’s family is requesting a change in legal eligibility for the murder.
Last October, head of Ms. Adam Bodner declared that, as he pointed out, he would do everything to lead to an effective extradition or deportation of Sebastian M. It will be judged in Poland.”
