Donald Trump threatened Russia by imposing obligations on oil if the Kremlin opposed the conclusion of a peace agreement in Ukraine. In an interview with NBC News, the US president said he was “offended” with Vladimir Putin when he criticized the credibility of Ukrainian Voldy Mirzersky’s president.
Donald Trump also commented that Vodimia Zelansky’s Russian leader’s final comment “didn’t go in the right direction.”
-If Russia and I cannot conclude an agreement on a bloodshed halt in Ukraine, and if it thinks it’s Russia’s fault (…), then I’m going to impose an additional obligation on all oil from Russia – Trump commented.
“Buying oil from Russia means you can’t do business in the US,” he added.
He added that duties range from 25-50%.

In the conversation, the president noted that if there was no agreement on the suspension of arms, Russia’s obligations would be imposed within a month. He added that he has a “very good relationship” with Putin. “Anger is quickly distracting,” he emphasized.
