According to the Reuters Agency, Donald Trump once again spoke at a meeting with Jordanian Abdullah II on Tuesday about America’s plans to seize Gaza and the evacuation of Palestinians.
– There’s nothing to buy there. It’s gauze, a region overwhelmed by war. We take it. We maintain it and grow it. Ultimately, we will start and create a lot of work for the people of the Middle Eastern — Trump said.
Trump is confident of plans for the Gaza Strip. “That would be great.”
Trump has assured that the idea of moving around about 2 million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip is highly supported. – We move them to a beautiful place where they have a new home. You can live there safely. And I think it’s great – the US President said. In his previous statement, Trump has shifted the financial burden of such an operation to Egypt and Jordan.
When asked about the proposed annexation of the West Bank by Israel, the US president replied, “It works very well…it would work automatically.” But Trump didn’t develop the topic and found Tuesday’s story involved in the Gaza Strip.
The US president said he would consider suspending Jordan’s help if he disagrees with refugees from the Gaza Strip. Trump also confirmed Hamas’ ultimatum. He gave him time to release the hostages until Saturday.
Negotiations with Trump in Gaza. Arab countries are working on a common position
When asked about the acceptance of the Palestinians, King Abdullah II of Jordan, he said he must do his best for his country. However, he announced that his country is willing to accept 2,000 sick children from the Gaza Strip. Surprised, Trump commented on the declaration with the words “music for my ears.”
The King announced that Arab countries will turn to Washington for counter-support. “We will be in Saudi Arabia and discussing how we should cooperate with the President and the United States,” Abdullah II said.
“It’s about how to make it work in a way that is beneficial to everyone,” Wang explained.
Jordanian leaders also announced that Egyptian representatives will present proposals on Gaza at a meeting with Trump. “Let’s wait for the Egyptians to arrive,” King Abdullah II said. President Trump added that he is “looking at Egypt.”
Abdullah II is the White House state’s third leader since Trump came to power in January. The king’s son also took part in the visit.
