EA Rooftop, an integrated culinary and lifestyle complex being built by Asset World Corporation (AWC) on the top floor of the Empire Tower in Sathorn CBD, is set to open on September 18. Spearheaded by AWC CEO and president Warapa Traisorat, the project aims to tap into the growing bleisure trend.
With an investment of over 1 billion baht (US$29.3 million), the EA Rooftop project is expected to elevate The Empire to a global lifestyle destination.

The 10,000sqm EA Rooftop (pronounced “eye-ah”) is a multi-level gourmet haven with 2,500sqm of al fresco dining and entertainment space. A unique elevator, named the Aya Experience, will transport guests between levels and enhance the overall ambience.
Spanning six floors, the complex offers a variety of dining options, from casual dining options at the EA Gallery on Level 55, to the EA Chef's Table floor one level above, where Michelin-starred chefs convene for top chef competitions and collaborations. Highlights on Level 56 include Chef Thitid Tassanakajong's first rooftop Thai restaurant, Le Du Kaan, Chef Vicky Cheng's first international venture, K by Vicky Cheng, and Sartoria by two-Michelin-star Chef Paulo Airaud.
The experience culminates at Nobu Bangkok on the top four floors and the open-air Nobu Rooftop Bar on the 60th floor.
EA Rooftop also offers Thailand's highest and most spacious premium dining and event space, able to accommodate large groups and events.
By the end of 2024, AWC plans to open a partial floor dedicated to wellness cuisine.
“Globally, luxury travellers are seeking new attractions and locations for culinary bookings and dining programmes, and EA Rooftop will provide a diverse option in the city centre. We see great potential in Sathorn CBD, especially in attracting MICE travellers who are increasingly blending leisure and business,” said Mr Warapa.
