The independent Russian Meduza Portal has notified that the delegation will issue a joint statement. However, media reports say this isn’t just Tuesday.
According to Medusa, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has previously said that a group of experts in Moscow and Washington would not be signing the document after “consultations in Riyadh.”

These are not people who have a real influence on the Kremlin decision, according to media and commentators.
According to the Interfax Agency, Karasin, during the break, evaluated nearly three hours later as discussing issues that the consultations are “creatively” and are debating “sensitive” in bilateral relationships.
On Sunday, the Kremlin announced that the topic of conversation was to restore the functionality of the SO-Caled Black Sea initiative.
