Asia's Best has opened its second location in Humboldt County, with a ribbon cutting held Aug. 8 at the new Fortuna store (727 South Fortuna Boulevard, in the Redwood Village Shopping Center).
Asia's Best is a family-owned grocery store that specializes in Philippine and Asian products. At both their Fortuna and Eureka stores, you can find a variety of foods from the Philippines and neighboring Asian countries.
Asia's Best Store owner and founder Juancho “June” Ignacio and his family immigrated to Humboldt County from the Philippines and “wanted to create a place that felt like home to share with the community. We strive to provide our customers with the best food at affordable prices and to welcome everyone into our second home.”
The Fortuna Asia's Best store has been open for a few weeks now. The Eureka store on Myrtle Avenue opened in March 2019.
The Fortuna store is open daily from 8am to 9pm and can be reached at 707-682-6006.
