German media reports that Bavarian health minister Judith Gerlach is calling for the creation of a healthcare system to support soldiers and civilians injured during the war.
“The Russian military threat and the possibility of President Donald Trump’s departure from his previous security commitment mean the need for the German health system and civil society as a whole,” Gerlach said he cited the newspaper “Augsburger Allgemeine.”
