A video from the city of Magdeburg, Germany, appeared on social networks, where the police arrested a suspected attacker who rammed a car into a crowd of people during a Christmas market. It depicts a man lying on the sidewalk surrounded by a group of police.
Just after 7 a.m. on Friday in Magdeburg, Germany, a driver crashed his car into a Christmas market. According to Bild newspaper, at least 11 people were killed. Emergency services, referring to the newspaper and the French Press agency, say that 60-80 people were injured. Authorities have not yet confirmed the number of victims of this incident. The service is ongoing. The center of Magdeburg is besieged.

Arresting a potential assailant
A video appeared on social networks showing the moment the police arrested the alleged attacker. They were also published by the American channel CNN.
It shows a man lying on the sidewalk next to a black car surrounded by dozens of police. You can also see the police instructing witnesses not to approach them. Several policemen are leaning over him, possibly handcuffing him. The criminal was arrested immediately after the attack.
According to the German media, from the moment the criminal hits the first people, he has traveled up to 400 meters through the fair.
