A dangerous incident occurred on a train from Munich to Lübeck on Thursday. A passenger from Hungary went outside to smoke a cigarette at the Ingolstadt train station.
After a while, he noticed that his train was leaving the platform. Since he could no longer go inside, he decided to jump between the two train units, more precisely at the connecting part.

The train was stopped after police and the transport company were alerted by witnesses. The man was arrested by uniformed police in the Bavarian town of Kinding. As it turned out, he didn’t have a valid ticket.
He explained his “exploitation” by the fact that his luggage was left on the train. He is currently on trial for “disturbing the peace,” which is classified as a misdemeanor.
