The German Federal Court of Justice maintained a life sentence for a Polish woman. The woman had a fatal accident three years ago, when she competed with another driver and significantly exceeded the speed limit. Therefore, she ended up with the deaths of two boys who rode along with her parents.
The tragic event took place in Barsingasen, Lower Saxony in February 2022. The Polish woman was driving at 180 km/h, which was limited to 70 km/h. She wanted to pass another vehicle, but his driver didn’t allow it. Winding, she lost control of the car and slammed another car the couple and their sons traveled to.

His parents survived the accident, but the first of the boy died on the spot, and the second went to the hospital, where he too died. For women, two processes were carried out. She and the driver she raced, Marco S-, heard allegations of murder, but they were ultimately found guilty of participating in the wrong corporate class.

The defendant appealed, but the court upheld the previous ruling. “The appeal by the prisoner found no violations of the law or other violations,” the justification reads. Therefore, this means that the judgment is final.
According to the German judicial system, they were convicted of risk of losing their lives by people in approaching vehicles and consciously accepted them. As shown, the prerequisites for murder – intentionally, using dangerous measures and teaching low motivation – are fully satisfied.
