A man who was suspected of hitting a 14-year-old boy on a pedestrian crossing in Warsaw is accused of causing a fatal accident, fleeing the scene of the accident, as well as disobeying a court order from driving. According to TVN24 reporter Mariusz Sidorkevich, this 43-year-old man confessed his guilt.
The incident happened on Friday after 17:00 near the intersection of Ordona and Jana Kazimierza streets, a white bus driver who crossed the pedestrian crossing hit a 14-year-old boy. As a result of his injuries, the boy died in the hospital.
The driver fled the scene. He was arrested by Vola officers on Saturday evening, he was drunk at the time.
He was tried several times for various crimes. He recently served one of the courier companies.
